i decided to try this out. got the jarrows formula which is 500mg caps. ive read somewhere you need 5 grams daily. if so the $30 bottle will last 6 days, ouch. should the dose be split or all one shot? thanks

Yeah you do need that much to get the talked about effect(s) of glycocarn. You gotta go bulk when it comes to this stuff, pills of gplc is a joke. Protein factory I think sells 150 grams for like 60 dollars. If you got the bones, do it.
