I need a better pic haha my sweep is way good ill post a new pic tomorrow. I havent tried a pr for awhile. I can do 4 plates below parralle a few times. But I do 4 sets of 10 with 315;)

That's how u do it! Good luck on continued development.
 
Try going through a few weeks of 10x10's 10 sets of 10 reps with 60-70% 1RM. when I used to train for combines we did this once a week and it killed my lower half. It's the only lower body workout all week. Try it for a few weeks and that 4 plate few rep max will transform!!!! Add a plate in 4 weeks guarenteed!!!!
