Got Burned by Fortress Supplements

Anyone have issues with this company. I ordered something from them and received something less expensive. I was charged full price for the other product, and now I cannot reach anyone to return the product for a refund. Tried calling by phone, email, and Facebook. Think I'm stuck with it. Any reps on this site that can help me out?

Don't worry about that, call up the 800 number for ur bank and tell them what happened (I'm a banker myself) trust me , I've helped people file claims on a lot worse stuff lol. Only problem would be that u actually gave them all ur info and they charged u what u agreed too , but I'd still file the claim

I think your best bet is through your cardholder, as already stated above.

I filed a dispute against PayPal when it specifically said there was no protection on my payment and I got my money back because the guy never sent me what I bought.

These companies don't want to fight the banks and lose their credit lines or reputation with them, so the bank will almost always win.
