Performing cardio first in the morning on an empty stomach when glycogen levels are at their lowest forces your body to use fat storage for energy. Remember, your body does not start burning fat until you have reached 20 minutes into your cardio. Your goal should be 30 to 45 minutes.

PS taking a fat burner will help a lot too for example Lipo6X or ATROPHEX.

It's actually, not that great..

it's all about energy flux dude.. Fasted cardio will hardly make a difference.
