Good Vitamin Alternatives to OT?

I've been using OT consistently for some time now. With the release of Joint Support XT and my continued interest in Achilles, I'm thinking about going another way for my multi.

Price is a factor I'd like to balance because if it gets too high, I see no reason to switch. OT works fine with fish oil. I have no major joint problems that I know of. I'm fairly young just not according to ma70. Just more preventative maintenance. Joint, arthritis, and cancer is is prevalent in my family.

I just take nature made regular multi. Not really sure how important a multi is anymore. I mean I eat a lot of food, veggies, fruits etc

I'm a strong believer in animal pak. Don't really like taking all the pills but the formula is spot on. controlled labs orange triad is good as well.

No need for iron in your multi as the Solution stated. CL has Vitmore if you do not need the joint complex. Others I recommend are iForce Athletic Multi and Animal Pak

Came in to say this. iForce's Athletic Multi is also a good bang for your buck multi.

Yes it is budget friendly and contains some good stuff in it. I use it regularly. Plus at only 2 easy to swallow capsules per day, it eliminates the need to choke down a bunch of pills.

I scored a bunch of Finaflex Active Multi for super cheap on Black Friday. Anybody like it or have thoughts on the ungredients/quality?

LMAO, thanks for the mention dude.

Also considering you like Orange Triad already, they have Vitmore out (which is OT without the other add ons)

Doctors Best - Best Multiple is a reasonable choice. Good dose of K2 as MK7. Good forms of minerals. Mixed tocopherols without an overload of alpha tocopherol. Better forms of folate, no folic acid. Better form of B12 (methylcobalmin). No iron. Its not perfect but I think it is a nice multi without the pixie dusted label dressing.

Swanson Whole Food w/o Iron Multi - $10/Month. I add K2 from Walmart and call it a day. I eat Baby Spinach, Fresh Green Beans (Steamed) and Bell Peppers every day. I cook in a cast iron skillet for a touch more iron - we do need *some*. (The only Heme Iron I get is from 4oz of Ground Turkey).

I went through this the other day. I don't mind multis not having huge doses as they're just to fill in gaps. I've taken OT and Animal Pak, but I don't need joint support as I take lots of fish oil and I take a better joint sup more catered to my issues. I also don't want to spend a ton on a multi. I also don't want a crap ton more pills to take. Sport Pharma which is basically universal makes a good inexpensive multi. Also champion performance makes a low cost multi. I know they're not perfect but I keep my diet pretty balanced.

Athletic multi with the addition of coq10 and fit men multi are two solid ones to consider.

This. VITmore is the same quality multi, minus the extras that OT/OT+Greens has. It's just your basic multi for a good price.

This^^^. I've been using VitMore for a month now. Easy on the stomach and GI system.
