Hi Folks,

Been lurking for a while, but thought I'd make a post.

I'm 25 years old, 182cm and naturally Ectomorph and I've been trying to put on the extra weight for a long time now. Bulking and Lifting. I was stuck at 180lbs for a while. However, I was 202lbs this morning at 18% ish BF.

My currently goals now for the my holiday in June is too trim up a bit by losing a bit of body fat and preserve / maintain muscle and strength on my lifts. I don't except to be 'ripped' nor 'dried out'. I just want to lose some of the gut and small tits.

I received today Alphamine, Anabeta Elite and Erase (25mg). This will be my first time using these supplements as I have normally just used the basic fundamentals like whey / oats / muti-vit / fish-oil / green-tea / BCAAs, which I will continue to use. PS: The reason I got Erase instead or Erase Pro was because it seemed to me that it's a very dose dependent supp so I could easily alter my dosage to suit.

I plan on doing Intermediate Fasting, which I have carried out before and it's worked well for me skipping breakfast and training fasted. However, I want to ask a couple of questions regarding this model with these new supplements. --- I know I take Alphamine fasted but is it okay to consume ABE and Erase fasted too? Has anyone else done this?

I get up at 7am everyday, and I normally go to the gym roundabouts 10am. I take Xtend BCAA Intra-Workout and when I finish in the changing room I usually break the fasted state with a shale of whey and oats. And then a meal when I get back home. --- Now, would it be worthwhile, keeping the routine of having my PWO at the gym or hold off by taking more BCAA's and breaking the fast at home with a meal at the exact same time everyday?

07:00 Wake Up: I will take Alphamine and Earse.
10:00 Pre-Workout: I will take 2caps of ABE fasted.
12:00 Post-Workout: I will take 2caps of ABE and 1cap of Erase
17:00 I will take 1cap of Earse with dinner.

How does this look? Okay and good to go starting Monday next week?

Also, another note; When I'm up in the morning, I have the dog to see to and I normally go a small 5-10minute walk. Would it be far too much over-kill to add my weighted vest (10kg) I think to this small stroll?

I probably wouldn't start out with 4caps Erase, 3 is plenty. Other than that everything looks good.

I am not sure how the ABE will treat you fasted, just basing my thought on the directions.

User dependent. If any issues occur during dosing and fasting, just dose prior to two highest carb meals throughout the day.
 
Looks good. You can also try taking the Alphamine at 10 as part of your pre-workout, rather than right when you wake up at 7, unless you already have another pre-workout that wasn't listed.

I don't use any other pre workout shake .. Mainly because i don't really like or want caffeine or beta alanine. I know alphamine has caffeine but that' seems okay with me.

Ya I wouldn't worry about breaking the fast with the shake, just keep doing that. Otherwise it looks good, I prefer dosing the ABE pre even if it is fasted so give that a try. :)
 
Agreed. Try the ABE fasted and if it doesn't agree with you, just take it after and the other two later in the day. You can always take one before as well and the others later split up. Just try and be consistent form day to day once you find what works best for you.

My first time using ABE I popped two caps on an empty stomach pre-workout, got to the gym and promptly vomited. Every bit of those two black and red caps came out of me. But I changed my dosing to pre-meal and had no further issues, and the product still treated me VERRRRRRY well. Great stuff.
 
Day 1 complete. Debating whether to track an online log on here as well as a off-line one.

I took everything as mentioned in the OP except I was 1-hour in front of schedule. Training at 9 except 10, but tomorrow training will be 10am - but I need to make my own way to the gym by walking (30minutes) or cycle (10minutes).

The only thing I can record today was that I had a very weak minor sore stomach, it wasn't bad just noticeable. I was felt kind of hot in the afternoon and after dinner tonight my **** was quite runny but I'll keep the routine for a few days and see.

I worked out fasted this morning for a first time in a while and I achieved the same as my workout last Monday; managing the same amount of reps on my top set bench and also managed 1 rep at 110% and 115% on my beyond 531 joker sets. Also 50 chins (25 bw and 25 weighted) so good enough.
 
I would be interested in hearing how things go for yah. Plus people are always wanting to know what to stack with what and if they do this or that. So another log that you can help people on that have questions wouldnt be a bad thing.
