Good supplements. add your supplement :)

I'm trying to get a good list going before I get my first paycheck at this new job.

Essentials:
Omega 3 (numerous benefits include Anti-inflammatory, brain health, possibly reducing shbg, essential nutrient in the body)
Magnesium: Most people are deficient (Magnesium is needed for numerous body functions, promotes muscle relaxation, testosterone production is reduced if deficient, as well as anxiety)
Vitamin C: One study showed that subjects consuming 1000mg before public speaking had lower cortisol than controls that didnt take it. Lowering cortisol is primary on my agenda
Vitamin D: Enhances exercise performance and increases Testosterone, many important body functions as well.
Caffeine: Not essential, but damn good for focus, increased strength, fat loss capabilities, mood, and appetite suppression.
Olive oil: Monounsaturated fats boost testosterone when taken in increased amounts. Oleuroptin increases test-cortisol ratio.

Muscle Building:
Creatine: fast strength gain, body weight increase, increases igf1 expression in muscles.
Protein: Casein protein intake is correlated with increased IGF1 levels. Whey protein is a very fast and efficent way to start anabolism.
Waxy maize/maltodextrin: post workout insulin spike to shuttle nutrients.
Arachidonic acid: Creates a greater postworkout inflammatory response in the muscles, making each workout more effective.
BCAA's: carbless source of fast acting muscle building aminos.

Fat loss:
I'm not much of a stim guy, nor do I need to lose any weight, so I don't know much about these.
Yohimbe: Vasodilator and fat loss agent.

Mood and stress control:
Ashwagandha: reduces cortisol, slightly boosts testosterone
L-theanine: boosts dopamine and serotonin, as well as GABA, increases alpha waves in the brain, found during relaxation.
Kava: for the weekend, very relaxing. gaba agonist
Phosphadatyl serine: reduces cortisol response to exercise by 1/2
Relora: Cortisol control
Allopregenelone: Just heard of this one, increases gaba across the board.
Tumeric: Circumin could have been put in all of these categories, it reduces inflammation, elevates mood, anti catabolic, fat ,loss effects.//

Any others have any input besides prohormones, and aas?
muscle relaxers? Whatever increases size, strength, recovery, libido, sleep quality, and mood?
I'm open minded to keep researching. Or research anything someone is interested in but unsure about.

I'm curious because theres a lot of beasts on here, and i know they dont only use aas, igf1, insulin to keep their body like that. I'd like to know what else factors into it.

Also, what do you guys do to reduce the way you react to stress? Or what puts you into a good mood?

Jsut stick to a Fishoil (Oxi-Omega)
Fishoil (Orange Triad / Animal Pak)
Whey --> PES, Pronom, Scivation, XF, BioX
Creatine --> Universal, ON, Allmax, Primaforce are good brands dose at 3-5g

Cover these first, cover your diet and training.

Just focus on the 2 main things above and your goal and you will make great progress. more supplements are not going to be the #1 factor to your progress. You need to be consistent with your diet and training.

What fishoil dose are you taking, in mg of omega 3's?

Of course diet and training is number 1. But who could ignore that there are other supplements out there to give a cumulative advantage?

2-3g of EPA/DHA is a good recommendation for fishoil's hence why i like oxi-omega since it is pretty rich in those forms and very cost effective.
Other supps can give an advantage, but that advantage is very minimal compared to diet/training which plays the major majority. Some people are simply tossing money down the drain because they do not match their diet and training as a priority (not saying this for everyone as many on here are very knowledgeable regarding that)

Some people also dont need all the extra supps because they reach proper micronutrients/vitamins/minerals via a multi + their diet alone taking more is not always better as it could be a law of diminishing returns.

BCAA's may not be needed for those not training fasted or dosing them between meals as a bolus (4-6 Hours apart) while it may be a buffer or something extra if you have the spare cash to utilize that is your personal preference on your budget and what you want to allocate your money on.

It looks like you are trying to control cortisol waaay too much. Most people do no need to control it at all.

Cortisol is hugely important and many people fail to realise this

I have specific reasons for this. For one, I have all of the symptoms of low T. At 18 years old. Im stressed or anxious about 80% of the time. This obviously raises cortisol, which antagonises the effects of Testosterone, i believe having no sex drive at 18 while being stressed out all the time is a very good indicator of high cortisol. Cortisol is important, lowering it to standard levels wont hurt.

You should seek an Endo immediately.

#1 on my priorities right now, definitely.
Only problem is i screwed up, i had some test cyp and i wanted to try a single dose to see if i felt better. I did, i finally feel resiliance to stress and have my sex drive back.. temporarily. Im waiting for this T to wash out, then im getting everything i can tested in my blood. Correct me if im wrong, 1 month for a single shot of 200mg test cyp should be enough for everyrhing to return to normal.

You should talk to your doctor about that. nobody can tell you this based off what your bloodwork says and what your levels are at etc.
