Hey guys! (and girls)
Just looking for some reviews on this stack I'm going to try. My goals for this summer/fall/winter are to gain lean mass. I don't want to bulk up right now. Heres what I was planning on using.
Pre- Workout: White Flood or Animal Pump
Intra- Workout: Scivation Extend or A mix of BCAA's, beta alanine, and glyco maze I have
Post: Protein Powder and Food!!!!!!!!!
Cycle : I was thinking about cycling Animal M Stak for a little extra something.
What are all your thoughts on this? I'm 19 years old so I'm not sure if the M Stak is too much for right now? I hear mixed things about it. My goal is to get some size but still be able to run a decent 3 miles and swim, etc This is because I go to a Military College and I'm trying to prepare for OCS next year.
Basically get some size and stay flexible! I'll take any input good and bad!!!
