Good stack for competitive runner?

Hey all,

Any recommendations for a competitive runner? I am looking to improve my marathon time and squeek under 3 hours. Any recommendations on the type of products / supplements that could help me get there?

I've done about 4 PH cycles so far and saw good results

Natural: Epicatechin supp like CEL Epi-Plex, Solid diet with plenty of carbs.
"Other": Cardarine
 
^^^^^this. CEL EPIPLEX is a no prop blend of epicatechin, so you know exactly how much epi you are getting.

I'd add for natural, look into a HBCD drink on race day (before for sure and during if race rules allow you to.) Easier on the GI track than Gatorade.

For "other" if you want the good stuff get some Erythropoietin... ;-) (kidding of course DO NOT do this!)
 
Also,
In 2+ hours race, BCAAs come in handy.
Xtend Perform should be great (also, start using 2 weeks before, peakO2).
