Good article, actually reminded me of watching bigger, faster, stronger the way it around from different perspectives showing how many different people think about the issue.
 
I think it really needs to go the way of legit physicians running physique, performance, and quality of life enhancement clinics. Clean drugs, high quality and up to date blood work, completely legal, and a way to create jobs and help people make money. What's not to like? Just make it where you can't do it until you are 21.
