Hi guys and girls, I've been on different variations of 5/3/1 for almost a year now and I feel it is time for a new routine. I have tried the BBB 5/3/1, Bodybuilder 5/3/1, along with other variations. I love the workout and have became crazy strong for my weight, but I am not growing from it anymore. (Yes I am in a caloric surplus, yes my diet is good, my body is just getting used to this I think)
I started at 158 lbs and I am now 177 lbs. I don't see any difference in my body but the weight doesn't lie and I'm proud of my results so far.
What are some other good workout plans that are sure to pack on some mass given a proper diet? I've read about the cube method, and westside barbell...any others?
