Like title says looking for a good stack for 39 year old to help raise some test and keep hitting the gym hard

M-Test &/or Optimize-T are both good options to help you increase natural testosterone levels. Both are very popular and have a lot of positive reviews and feedback on here, including some where people have posted bloodwork.

A lot of people, including myself, use them together.

Estrogen (E2) - 27 pg/ml
PSA - 0.64 ng/ml

April 2024
Total Testosterone - 538 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 81.8 ng/dl
Estrogen (E2) - 16 pg/ml
PSA - 0.56 ng/ml

~42% increase in total testosterone.
~33% increase in free
testosterone
~41% decrease in E2

One Day Before Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 16.00nmol

Four Weeks Into Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 19.80nmol

Twelve weeks into Recomp20 With Eight weeks of M-Test
Total Testosterone = 22.02nmol

I like Mtest as the best base test booster. If you want to add to that:
-Inhibit E will still help with the hormonal side of things
-Other potential additions for performance/muscle building I've liked Recomp20, Anabolic Effect, Reduce XT
-Leaning out I like a basic non stim, intermittently use a stimulant fat burner depending on my preworkout, Carnitine (still need to try the XPG gel), and Reduce XT again
-For recovery and hitting the gym hard I add in the staples for recovery: higher calories and protein, creatine, sleep support, fish oil, and when the joints hurt I add a joint support or at least a turmeric supplement
