Evening ladies and gentlemen.

I am finally not sick, again. Hopefully this time I stay well for longer than 2-3 weeks. Working with/helping sick people is one of those un-sung problems with working in the supplement industry. Oh well. Small price to pay to be a legend.
 
Morning AM! Got a decent amount of snow last night. Not going to work today...which is both good and bad. Oh well.

Keto diet is kicking my A in the gym, got no power anymore...
I carb up tomorrow evening and all day Saturday though so things should turn around :)
 
Dropping $1400 on my 17 year old truck this morning. Sounds dumb at first, but she only had 104k miles on it and this is the first 'major' repair work I've had to do to it short of tune ups, alternators, belts, pads, etc.

Maybe I'll give the old girl a wash and wax this weekend.

Day off from work, just got a nice meal in, started my cutting stack today, feeling pretty good.. Get to return to the gym today after about a 4 day rest from a knee sprain...
 
Just ate 2 servings of oatmeal...protein shake....plan on maxing out today hoping for 325 any suggestions on what to eat or do..prior to....I ate a big pasta meal last night. I will be maxing out in about 6 hours.

Of course I also plan on eating more than this lol
