Good mixing casein

In looking for a casein that mixes well. Currently the ON casein is killing me. I don't do chunks and globs very well. Any suggestions would be HIGHLY appreciated.

I feel you brother, I love on whey but their casin sucks. One of the pros on this forum told me that casin is not needed because your body take a while to become just consume enough whey through the day. BCAA before bed and save your cash for other supps

Thanks for the advice. Makes sense to me and I get sooo much protein through the day, 250-300+ so I figure that's enough anyways. Just looking to optimize. Also getting 30grams of bcaas through the day just from shakes. May just say f it and not bother with any of it lol. However I will do bcaas before bed when I start extreme cutting as I can see how that would help spare muscle.

Lol, may sound crazy but after I dropped the casin protein at night I gained 2 lbs with in 3 week and dropped my waist size. I thank Rhaham for that advice it's saves me money as well.

Very intersting. Thanks again!

No need for BCAAs prior to sleep. Just eat a normal meal, no need for special protein products just for before bed. Save yourself some money. :D

I will say while it is a mix (~50/50 whey/casein) and not as a must have before bed, but Ultra Peptide 2.0 always mixes extremely well for me and tastes amazing. FWIW.

Good luck in finding a smooth mixing casein that goes down smooth! Ha! Casein is known for thickening and expanding once mixed and more so once in the digestive tract. This is a very slow digesting protein and is good for those who are looking to be more satiated.

Yeah. I'm too lazy to blend mine into shakes. That's the only way I can see to avoid the clumps Prolly gonna go with a syntha 6 after this.
