Good HRT doc in either Dallas or Denver?

Does anyone have recommendations for a good HRT doc in either the Dallas or Denver areas? I've been using Dr. Shippen in PA., but the long distance routine is difficult, so I'm looking more locally. Thanks for any help!

I get a lot of patients from shippen, but I have a dr in austin, TX that is into taking a comprehensive approach along with HRT. Pm me for details.
