Good for bulking/cutting/recomp

I saw these at my local publix and I want to know if its suited for the bodybuilding diet?

Quinoa has a LOT of protein in it.. Its very good.. but I don't know what else they might mix it with in cereal. Buckwheat is also good, and it makes awesome pancakes. Both are great sources of fiber too.
