Good first cycle?

My proposed first cycle:

12 weeks:

400 mg Test E/week
250iu HCG twice/week
.25mg Adex ED


Does this look good?
 
I second bumping the test to 500mg. You probably don't need to run HCG the entire time. I would start half way through and go till the end. (ending before PCT of course)

I wasn't planning any post cycle therapy. I was planning to taper off the arimidex during the two weeks after the cycle.
 
okay you arent planning a PCT?....so that means you are doing it half ass and will probably have a hard time retaining those gains from the cycle.

Actually I'm on TRT, and will be returning to a therapeutic dose after the cycle (rendering PCT irrelevant), but I figured I'd post w/o that info for the benefit of the masses.
