good books on bodybuilding

i want some general reading material on body building something thats actaully interesting and not all facts etc.

can any of you guys suggest any books, ive been told arnolds encyclopedia is pretty good but im not too sure
 
It depends on what you are looking for and how much you know already... If you know nothing aobut Bodybuilding Arnolds Encyclopedia is great, otherwise its overkill. My favorite books are from: Invalid Link Removed
 
brawn and beyond brawn by Invalid Link Removed McRobert i hear are good books - have not had the chance to pick them up yet tho.
