I have been monitoring my BP for the last couple of months and have came to the conclusion it's fairly high for my age. It's hovering around 130-150/60
my diet and exercise is very consistent. I do a pretty good amount of cardio, generally jump rope 3-4x a week @ 15-20 minutes a day along with a very hardcore lifting schedule
any non-prescription meds you guys would recommend?
