Good Beginner PH Cycle, Help.

Hey everyone its been a while since being on AM, and the site is looking great! I've been searching for a good PH and noticed many of them are for more experienced users and it'd be dumb to start off with such a powerful PH. Could you guys give me some good PH's to start off with and possibly include some good PCT supps with it? Thanks. It'd be much appreciated.

liver support
protein
maybe some fish oil
cycle support before during and after

Both good supps for a beginner cycle.There's plenty of logs on hdrol and epi so get to researching.
 
I know this a newb question but, how will i know if i'm experiencing a "shut down"? Most logs i've looked up on epistane have had shut downs.
 
well its different for everybody but the typical symptoms r like lethargy, testicular atrophy, loss of libido, mood swings. ive even heard of people getting dehydrated.
 
When I ran h-drol a few months ago I ran it 75/75/75/75/75(not my 1st cycle). I ran Cycle Support for support supps preloaded 14 days before. For pct I ran Post Cycle Support and Lean Xtreme which I started in day 15 of pct. I had blood work done the day after pct and all was well. I highly doubt you will need Nolva on a h-drol cycle but it is always good to have it in case. I will post my blood work. H-drol is a very mild compound and is great for a 1st cycle had some dry joints but mega dosing fish oil helped that.

H-Drol or 3AD is perfect for the "first time"

Make sure you have

an AI (Novadex XT or Reversitol)
you shouldn't need a SERM but it would be smart to have it on hand.

-Milk Thistle
-Fish Oil

Back Pumps are not uncommon so get some Taurine while On Cycle (about 3g a day)

You could also Run AI Cycle Support instead of paying for the RYR, MT, Hawthorne Berry, etc separate.
