Good beginner PH after the ban

Anyone have any good beginner PH suggestions for products that are still legal ? I'd like to grab a bottle or two for future use. I've heard Epi- andro may be good as well as M-sten . Any input would be great.

Ostar1ne can be a good first cycle. Little sides and a light pct to get your feet wet.

im currently taking ostarine for a 4 week cycle then possibly extending it to 6 weeks I was curious specifically to PH's not SARM's

DMZ is great for a lean dry bulk.

Dmz is awesome, hardness, vascularity, and some definite mass gains, I'm about 6 weeks in right now on a dmz/ trest cycle

Someone told me on a similar post that Msten was tamer and safer than dmz....especially for less sides for a newbie.
Is that not correct?
I also believe those are the only 2 last legal ones?

serm is preference and will always be debated. Some love nolva and some love clomid. You will have to see what works for you. Other than that For pct I would add an ai, reduce xt, daa, and the serm you choose. I also run cycle assist and TUDCA through pct.

Everyone is different but msten tends to be a bit harsher for most compared to dmz.
