As far as the most cost effective. Inhibit-E by SNS (ATD) is only $20 for a 4-6 week cycle. Pretty good deal if you ask me.

6-Bromo if you can find it cheap would be even better.

ok.... it's what people take post cycle to regulate estrogen. it's main purpose is given to woman who have breast cancer that grow due to estrogen. they are given tamoxifen citrate aka nolvadex to reduce estrogen and stop the tumor growth. if you don't know that nolva regulates estrogen i think you need to do some more research so it's not considered an AI per say but the end result is the same. why do you feel u need an AI with nolva?

I think you need to do more research. Nolva does nothing for estro levels it simply blocks it from binding to receptors. AI's lower estro levels.

it doesn't reduce the overall amount in your body but you still don't need an AI with it. and i said regulates estrogen not reduces it.

but it still would be overkill. the guy hasn't even said what he's taking and why he needs PCT. if he's on phera or superdrol or epistane pick one or the other, and since he already has the nolva just use that. now if he's on m1t or something for 4 weeks then maybe use both

its not over kill, an AI will cpompliment the SERM no matter how you look at it.

it will increase LH and FSH and testosterone, it will halt the rise of SHBG from the SERM and it will keep estrogen lower preventing the negative feedback loop.

I always introduce an AI at about 3rd week into PCT while taper down accordingly. I ve always had success with it.
