Following a long on this for sure!

Awesome, always interesting to follow your logs.

-Restarted the Macrofactor app.
What is your experience with this app? I tried the free week but it wasnt enough time to gauge anything. Ive been using MyFitnessPal for years but that just a logging tool. I understand that Macrofactor actually aids in making changes to the diet when needed.

just how slow progress can be after this long of training and being natural. I've still hit some PRs surprisingly the past few years, but even though I pretty much have stayed beyond dedicated I have not been nearly as motivated.
Yes! You are echoing how i felt the last half of last year. I was dedicated, but not seeing any progress (almost more regress) was really hard to come to term with.

XPG Curcuprime is pretty cool. It seems to have calmed my ankles and knees down so that I barely feel like I've added in long runs. Going to see about bumping up to maybe doing a second pump too just for some general benefits of the product as well.

I've been using it on the top of my forearms as they have had some inflammation and it has worked well for me!

In for the ride !

Great information !!

Thanks for following. I'll try to get better updates going, I'm feeling super motivated in the gym, but last week was one of the tougher weeks outside of it I've had recently so just trying to stay focused.

Some AE has been acquired so that will get added back in soon to ramp things up! Just need to lock down some AXT in a bundle as soon as it restocks and should be good to go for awhile of fun.

Flexit has some AXT in stock if you don’t want to wait.

That is where I got the one I am running now! First time ordering from them and it went super smooth. I'll use them again if I need to, but I know AXT is close to being back so hoping I can load up soon.

same here bro, super smooth once I emailed and they confirmed my order after a few days of it sitting in a ‘processing’ status. They had a sale going for 2+ bottles on quite a bit but 100% feel you on wanting to wait! Good luck with the run 💪

Feeling pretty good today. Joints and everything are feeling pretty solid and running already feels like it isn’t leaving any odd aches or pains.

Have been feeling a little extra mid back stiffness this week though.

I plan to write up a month update by the end of the week then add in AE.

I think you are going to like the AE !!

I wrote up a big long write up for the month, got distracted and then lost it. Not really motivated to put all that effort in again (sorry), so probably a big one at the end of the month.

I have had this happen, it really makes me mad !!

Short story is after two weeks weight fell off again and I feel great in the gym, not sure what more I could ask for.

Definitely sounds like it's treating you well!

I know its been a couple weeks, but things have been going well, just maybe a bit boring.

Strength is hanging in there, maybe up a tiny bit on some stuff or holding steady elsewhere, endurance is up, and weight keeps dropping. I did hit my "goal" weight, but decided to hold for another week to see if I can make my weekly average that number not just hit it, then I'll hopefully start bumping back up the following week.

I've made some slight supplement adjustments, but the backbone is pretty much the same, maybe I'll get a full update at the end of the month.

Just not really feeling motivated to log onto the boards the way discussions seem to go on here and just the general vibe kinda blows my mood, but that could be the caloric deficit talking.
You are doing good, keep up the hard work !

all good, we all go through it bro .. keep your head up and continue to put in the work .. motivation will come.

Thanks I appreciate it.

Oh gym motivation is fine, it’s motivation to log it on here. 😂

Tip! Always check this thread first, it will motivation to log in !!

lol i check in every other day there .. dont say anything just peeping tom type shyt

That's a nice stack !!

Supplements:
AM: 1 Uro-B, 2 Amentoflavone XT, 3 Anabolic XT, 3 Anabolic Effect, 2 Cardiovascular Support, 2 Stress and Anxiety Support, 1 Sabroxy XT + 150mg-200mg Caffeine, 1 pump XPG Curcuprime on knees/ankles
During Training: 25-50g Carbs (HBCD/Carb10) + EAA + Betaine + Creatine
PM: 3 Anabolic XT, 3 Anabolic Effect, 2 Cardiovascular Support, 3 Doctors Best Multivitamin, 300m extra Magnesium Glycinate, 2 Orange Oximega

That is the last months usage, never really updated. I'll be looking to probably add Ursa-Gels next week and drop the Uro-B.

I dropped 6lbs from the start of the log until last week (maybe 7lbs if you count the lowest weight I actually hit, not sustained or average).

Didn't lose any strength really, gained in some areas, and my vascularity has been pretty freaky the last couple weeks. Endurance actually went up as well.

I'll be looking for maintenance for at least the next 3 weeks maybe longer, then I may just hang out there and slowly add calories or go full on bulk, we will see how progress looks in a few weeks.

SNS and CEL for the win! Nice looking set up with AE and Anabolic xt!

Need to update what I’ve been using the last month.

As of today I’m transitioning to maintenance for at least a month before I decide what to do next. I hit my goal over a week early and starting to feel hungry and on the verge of wanting to just have a giant cheat, so considering I have no desire to push harder to get leaner I’ll just eat more now. 🙂

Hoping to update more here later today. Regardless I’ll be providing at least monthly, but hopefully more like weekly updates on extended AXT use with whatever else I decide to add alongside it (looking like Ursa-gel in June).
Thats funny, I also transitioned to maintenance on Sunday as i reached my goal a bit early.

Are you letting MacroFactor control your calories? I do now and it added roughly 200 calories to my daily diet. It will be interesting to see how my body and the app adapts over time. Ive fed it with over 6 months of data now so it should know my body pretty well.

I somehow didn't see this thread before now.

Rather than comment on every single thing, I just wanted to say that's awesome that you reached your goal early; I'm glad that its going well for you.

I can relate to the lack of motivation pertaining to AM now days; there are times that I dread even logging on because of some of the bs on here now days. But I still do, because I do like helping people that are sincere and wanting to really learn.

I'm hoping that I can get back to at least some light training myself in the next few weeks. I'm just going to have to be super careful.

Yeah thats beyond lean brother, thats shredded. Great work and i can imagine the vascularity came when you added the extra calories. How is maintanance going? My app gave me another 50 kcal and so far my weight is stable.

Between you and Resolve10, you guys are next level shredded!

Another bottle of AE and AXT showed up today so I'll be running them for at least another month.

I'll be honest though I'll probably be taking an extended break from the forums again, most threads just leave me shaking my head more than me wanting to contribute. Too many fragile egos, straw mans, and lack of understanding and empathy for me to feel its worth my time.

I always come back though so I'm sure I'll update this eventually. Maybe tomorrow, next week, or in 6 months.

I'm glad that you are enjoying them.

I'll miss seeing you and your posts, but I can definitely understand you wanting to take a break from here. I wasn't on over the weekend, but I can tell from some threads there was definitely some drama that went on. It sucks, because I love helping people, I love supplements and discussing them and throwing ideas back and forth - I miss when there used to could be discussion on here about ingredients and people actually just discussed things rather than being negative and mean spirited about them.

It makes me sad in general because I honestly wish I had a place I could openly discuss ingredients I'm looking into, ideas that I'm working on, etc. with people - without people being negative, mean spirited, the topic going sideways, &/or reps jumping in and pushing things that have nothing at all to do with the subject at hand.

I know what you mean too about sometimes feeling it not being worth your time anymore. I'm working on some other ways and places to interact with people, because I get frustrated at the amount of hours I spend on here trying to help people and contribute to trying to keep the forum alive, but then we come out with things and sometimes they get very little attention or talk, which I think is because we have so many products that people just expect them out of us. But then, some companies that only come around when they do launches can post something up or give away a couple of bottles and everyone blindly believes everything they say and acts like they're the greatest things since the invention of protein powder.

Can't complain when you get another bottle of AE! Results for another month!

So I'm still here. Still annoyed, but realized its not just the forums annoying me lately. ;)

I'll be sticking around the help out, but Brandolini's Law sure is frustrating. :)

As far as training goes, man it was hot this week. Training suffered a bit due to it just being a fight in the heat and I feel a little bloated, so hydration probably isn't dialed in as much as it should be. Added PeakO2 and missed it, even if I am sweating to death my endurance is already feeling great.

I'm glad that you're enjoying PEAK02.

We need to get me and you shirts that reference Brandolini's Law with an image of a cartoon character of us smashing our computers haha.

So I was dosing PeakO2 at 4g per day (2g twice per day) and already noticed a bump. Peak power was 15-20% higher on my biking intervals, which have been pretty constant and haven't moved up much in the last 2 months or so. Felt great. Weight moving ever so slightly upward as the calories are increased and I feel slight improvements pretty much everywhere in training.

That's awesome. I feel like a lot of people really overlook PEAK02 and don't realize how great of an ingredient that it is.

I also think there's a lot of confusion on it and a lot of people think they can just get benefits using it pre-workout, when the real benefits with it are seen at daily use.

I feel great right now, but also outside of the gym a little tired. Hydration adjustments have me feeling more hydrated (less headaches, blah feeling, dry mouth, etc. and better feeling in the gym), but still feel like I want a nap mid-day. Determining any changes to training or supplements for August soon.

I noticed adding a sleep aid to ensure I get a well rested nights worth of sleep has helped me with the mid day blues. Of course sleep aid isn't a long term solution but definitely helped me in the short term when I was feeling that way.

Adding in Alpha Gel this week. This may be the end of my run with Anabolic XT in the next 2 weeks when my current bottle runs out. I haven't decided if I'll keep rolling with it and Anabolic Effect or switch gears to something like PA for a little while. Nothing to do with it not being effective, but I like to not use things for too long. If I do switch off it'll be for a month, two at max, before I use it again, really big fan.

Endurance is just off the charts right now. If it wasn't so hot I wonder how crazy I'd feel. Right now my biggest issue is my longer 40+ minute circuits start to hit the wall of overheating and sweating so much. Added electrolytes the last couple weeks and more carbs immediately before and during has definitely helped, but I think even then there is a limit that will be hard to get over.

Strength isn't jumping as much, it is kind of just hanging out. My early AM strength work is good, but I definitely notice a difference when I train several hours later on certain days. Can't complain though and the BFR work is still killing me.

This is the same route Im probably going down. Been on Recomp20 and AnabolicXT for almost 2 months and really enjoying it so far. Strength going up and muscles are fuller. Recomp20 will be done in a few days & replacing that with Ursa gel, and once my next bottle of AXT is done I'll probably bring in phosphaditic acid. Im also looking at Alpha gel and bringing that in potentially at some point. I'll deffo come back to the AXT but like you would like a break after a few months before reintroducing it.

I just found this, I haven't made it through the whole thread yet but your training style/set up looks fun. I'm a big fan of cross training blocks if your not someone trying to be bodybuilder. Im Currently doing similar stuff
