Going on testosterone for life

Would testosterone have the same effect on you 30-40 years from now? I'm looking at all the older bodybuilders who definitely have to be on HRT because of there past steroid use, and none of them really seem to have testosterone deficiency. For all you about to say theirs know what you can tell if others do. Ive had low test before and i know what it feels like and can tell the symptoms.
