I will be going on a trip to visit my friend at college soon and am looking for advice of what to do with my alcohol and food intake for that weekend. I want to have as minimal as damage to myself as possible please help Thank You
It's just for a weekend? Honestly, I wouldn't even stress, one weekend is not going to make or break you. Be sensible and at worst you'll put on some water weight which you will drop during the week if your normal diet is in check... Have fun!
