Going HIGH VOLUME for Halloween (ATHLETIX SPORTS)

Dosing protocol for HV is 2 scoops taken pre-workout about 20-30 min prior. I had Watermelon and the taste was on point. Haven't tried too many Watermelon flavors but this was great.

The pump from the L-Citrulline is nuts (as well as from the Agmatine and GMS). I have tried other non-stims and never got a pump like I have from this. Something else I find weird from it being a non-stim, is the focus and energy.

Stacking with Alphamine is a great combination and if anyone hasn't tried it yet, I highly recommend it.


2 scoops pre-workout is wonderful!

It's fun having the 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop intra as well, I find pumps are not as strong at the end of my workouts, but when I use 1 scoop intra it sure keeps the pumps strong!

I have yet to try intra dosing, but am going to give it a try next week.
