i am going from taking CCE to Creatine Monohydrate (CREAPURE®).

a few questions to you guys.

do i need to start a loading phase? Does the CCE count as a loading phase?
What is the best way to take the creapure? apple and grape juice right? ok to mix with my post work out whey?

anything i can do to help it not make me gassy or bloated?
last question 5g a day is plenty right? I also take Smash pre-work out which has another type of creatine blend in it (creatine Ethyl Ester, TriCreatine Citrate 3g)

check this article about CEE out, might want to quit wasting your money...

Is a loading phase necessary? No. Will you reach muscle saturation faster? Yes. Is it of any benefit in the long run? No.

See Cinns answer above.

Typically nowadays we prefer either dextros, malto, or combination thereof. Some people use WMS.

They used juices with fructose back in the 90's when the stuff was first released. Fructose effects the insulin differently that other sugars, that's why others are preferred now.

Yes.

Stay 5 grams or less. Take with plenty of water.
