So I have been using almost a bottle of EP1C (70%) and right now I believe it is definitely worth to make a log out of rest my 1 and 1/3 of bottles that I have left.
I am taking 3 caps of humanabol (2 morning and 1 before bed)
2 caps of ep1c (1 in morning and 1 pre-workout)
Muscle Feast whey protein isolate 1-2x a day
Muscle Feast Casein protein before bed
Conqu3r pre-workout
Hemoval and 2 servings of Xtend intra-workout
Diet:
240g of protein/day
60g of fat/day
100g of carbs on workout days and 0 on off days
Cardio:
30 minutes fasted cardio first thing in the morning and if I miss it then 30 minutes after my last meal right before I go to bed.
My diet and cardio is done by a coach with updates changing between every 5 days to every 7 days (right now is 7 days).
Status:
5' 11.5"

I have been cutting for 8 months now. I have a torn labrum and hadn't worked out for a year straight. But during that time I did finish my degree and landed a job
Work/workout:
I work 8-12hrs a day and it's pretty stressful. I have to pass a two MAJOR financial tests with the government in the next 6 weeks or I'm ****ed.
I workout 5 days a week. it's uber volume workout. Workout changes every 4 weeks.
