going back on!!! ( need advise)

its been 10 years since my last cycle...too busy to source what i needed.
Now that im thinking of going back on,i need some advise on what to start with.
i've got a healthy budget$$ .nutrition is spot-on would like a 6-8week cycle..not a huge fan of orals but i'll d-bol anyday!! so ideally if i can stack an oral with a susp. then all would be well.
weight:280lbs 20%bodyfat(dont laugh!)
height:5'11
age :32
my goals to definitly see north of 300lbs and if i can reduce my bodyfat % then i'll be a happy man.
 
Fark- Why in the name of Christ would you do Dbol at 20% body fat? Is your goal to look like Chris Farley?

Seriously, I would get in shape before you take steroids. ALso, if you're 20% fat, your diet isn't as good as you think or you haven't given it time to work.

i agree here OP, unless ur a powerlifter.

no way anyone over 15%BF should take steroids unless they do competitive powerlifting.

OP, u say u want 20+lbs out of this cycle.....u DO know not all of that will be muscle right??...u'll probably end up with a higher BF% then when u started
 
I really dont mean this as a jab at farrk, but if I had a buck for every client I ever prepped who told me his diet was "spot on" I would be rich....apparantly most people have a different definition of spot on than I do....

i dont want to get beat on guys, i just need some help/advise, i think im ready for a cycle and i'd like to know what to go n and for how long.
I work out 5x a week and have a fairly larg frame.
perhaps something mild in the begining would work especially in terms of lean mass.
please help.

i HIGHLY suggest a carb cycling diet for a couple months. with too much BF% u wont see the gains ur looking for. AAS will not get u "cut" or help lose fat.....dieting WILL.

but i guess i'll go ahead and say Test-E @ 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks is the best begginer cycle

Sorry if I was harsh with the Chris Farly comment. But, dude, I've made the mistake myself of doing just PH's when I was already over-fat. YOU WILL NOT LIKE THE RESULT.

You're probably right regarding BF. At 15% you should be hard and have pretty clear muscle separation. At 12% you have visable abs. Even at 20% you have some muscle separation (assuming you're muscular) but you are smooth.

I thought I was about 15% when I first visited my BB. coach. He took one look at me and said you're a fat ass! He said not only are you not 15%, you're probably not even under 20%. It was a harsh awakening. At 230# I thought I was 15%. He snapped photos and I was so shocked at what I really looked like, it was embarrassing. Beleive me dude, if I were to do another PS/PH cycle at that point, I would have ruined it completely. Do youreself a favor, take pics, look at them and then ask yourself if you're ready. I know, you're thinking of two dozen excused as you read this about why you wont take pictures, right? Just do it man.

My advice: get your diet nailed down. Get lean. Get physically fit. At your weight and hight,you might be suprised what you find under there - may not even be a need to do AAS. Find out first. Plus, Bulking from lean state is much more productive in terms of building mostly lean mass.

X2 re: diet. Also, see my last post for my own experience trying to bulk from a fat state.

Lots of guys say a T-only is the way to go the first time out. If I were to do actual AAS, this is what I would do. BUT, again, be patient man! Get lean first. I'm a broken record here but if you are much over 10% body fat and un(der)trained with sub par diet, you will NOT LIKE THE RESULT that you get.

By sub par I mean: even a perfect diet is "sub par" if it hasn't had time to work.
 
Thanx for the tip. by stating T-only you mean "test" as well too right?
And what is a good brand...and also please dont laugh but its been a while.....what is AAS, i think i know but im not sure.
