Monohydrate.

Just as or more effective,
Costs less.

Why not just use plain creatine monohydrate? It is the tried and true from, and it is very economical.

You can get an 8 months supply (at 5 grams per day) of SNS Creatine at Nutraplanet for less than 10 bucks.

All you need is 3-5g on workout days after 30 days of 5g
no need to cycle/load creatine mono either. Its hands down one of the most studied ingredients on the market.

what is the consensus? thanks.

KreAlkylyn, worst creatine product I've ever used. Literally felt 0 strength increase from it and minimal gains compared to mono. I hate creatine salts. I want the real deal plus mono is way cheaper

Mono..... keep it simple in my option, been working for years and years why switch
