Glycerol Mono Stearate

Just got my shipment of this and it looked like a broken up sheet of plastic. I chopped it up in a food processor and mixed it in my preworkout mix, and it hasn't dissolved at all in the hour its been in the water. Is this normal or do i have a bad batch?

Glycerol is not water soluble, so don't worry. I just throw it back dry and chase it with water.

Drink a ton of water with it, and you'll know your batch is fine when you get insane pumps at the gym!

yeah i bought some from np just a week ago, havent opened it yet, but controlled labs glycergrow didnt dissolve either, just floated and left my green mag/purple wraath intra shake with a nice little crunch

Yep thats the stuff. I chopped it up real good, and it goes down OK. Just wanted to make sure.

yup, but ours if finely ground so it looks like a powder, which is easy to swallow

I've ordered GMS for NP twice. Once I got what you did and the other time I got the fine powder like GlycerGrow. Just chop the stuff up at take it with a spoon and swallow with water like you would pills. It's a pain in the a** but works great. FYI - the GlycerGrow doesn't mik either so it's easiest just to take that chsed with water also.

I think you'll love the pumps either one you use...
