How does the water retention of this compare too... is it more like creatine monohydrate's bloat or more of a muscle fullness, I'm cutting and this looks like it might be useful, but if its more of a bloat its probably not for me because that kills my motivation
 
More of muscle fullness, onething to keep in mind is water intake is key. You have to up your water, say like 1.5 gallons as a minimum.

I'll have to get some next time I order, seems pretty cheap too for how many servings come with it.

You guys dose it like it says to on the label or you do more than that?

Yeah I heard that about the water intake before, I usually have no problem with that, but I'll try to drink more anyway, I usually hit about a gallon and a half a day probably more once summer comes around.
