whens the best to take glutamine, ive been taking before my work out. ive heard best time is after workout, and 30 min before taking protien for best abosorption... i also taek weight gainer after my workout. anyone suggestions?
i was going to start taking it when im on my last exercise in gym with Orange juice, and by the time i get home (30 min later) then take my protein drink.
