Got a 5 serving sample of this and figured why not try it out, went in without any real expectations but was pretty impressed after my workout. Had a profound effect on recovery time both during the workout between sets and afterwards.

I'm guessing it was the COP that had this effect for me, may opt to buy that in bulk to save money as this product does have a higher price-point than I would like.

Aside from price though, 5 stars on effectiveness and 5 stars on flavor. Was hard not to chug the orange flavor, just like orange creamsicle, fantastic chilled.
