Will be working out 3x a week with weights and 30 minutes of cardio each workout. As far as muscle gains and strength go, I've been there and done that, my main goal for the next 3 months is FAT LOSS. What is the best way to take GXR for fat loss intentions. I'm 220, how many at a time and how many times a day? Should I take them before mealss or before workouts? Any info would be great. I'm really looking forward to starting my GXR tomorrow!!!
