glen's demonstration of front squats

:toofunny: :toofunny: :toofunny:
dammit that is funny. We could all learn a lot from that guy (in the technique department)......
that must have hurt like hell when he dropped it on his leg. He must have dropped it before and therefore felt kneepads where needed. lmfao

I dont think 150lbs could hurt all that much:D
I know the particular weight is hilarious.....and the fact that he struggled with it. I would like to think any noob could do 3 sets of eight with it.

He delt with the pain like the "he man" that he is.

It appeared to me that he was intentionally arching his back.....am i wrong. Like he was trying to get the resting point at his shoulders.

Ill have to try it next time im maxing:blink: :toofunny:

he had to rest it on his chest in order to get his hands under the bar to hold it up.

I always thought midgets had a better sense of balance??

:wtf:

Glen your lucky to still be walking after dropping that weight on your kneecaps. lol nice find Beelz

Duh, ever heard of smelling salts??

Just please listen to the noises he makes on the last 2 reps. I almost died.

Clearly u never did 155 on cgbp before.. :trout:

I just signed up for Bobo, these vids are very inspiring to me.. thx beelze, nice find

Haha, yeah after all the damn videos on this site I usually play them while looking at a different window. Once the video has finished without making any scary noises I know I'm safe to go back and watch it.

lol, i do the same thing brudda. i watch it but i put it on mute for the first viewing.

I like how his spotter racked the bar for him and then when he gets up it looks as though he is going to do "the cobra" walk.....but it ended prematurely

priceless...i especially love his awesome form for his deadlifts and his "almost lockout" log press....I wish I were this guy's neighbor...be even more joy to wake up in the morning knowing I get to see his great feats of strength every day...

Hell, you wouldn't need an alarm, every moring you'd just hear, "hhhnHNGGGGRAAWWWRRR!!" and then bleach bottles tumbling around.

I thought that Glen was much shorter than that? Are you guys sure that this is in fact Glen?

I saw him perform at cirque de solei when it was in town and when he crawled out of the VW bug, I swear that he was 3 feet tall.

Beelz bought me off....I had to say it :D
