Just looking to switch it up to something a little more different and also more fun...Up to this point I have been doing a variation of Max-ot. I have been liting for about 2 years. Curently "lean bulking."

weight=195
height=6'0
bf= 12-13~

Here it goes let me know what you think...

TUT: 3-4 second negative, explosive positive

1 exercise per body part, 3 sets of same weight per exercise, ~ 60 seconds between sets.
3 sets consist of x8-10, x4-6, x2-4

Set A

Chest (Flat BB, Incline DB , dips)
Back width (wide pull ups or narrow grip pulldowns - palms in)
Shoulders (DB press, or BB military)
Back thickness (T bar rows or narrow low cable rows)
Tri's (skull crushers or cable pushdowns)

Set B

Bi's (BB curls or Hammer Curls)
Quads (BB squats or leg curls and DB lunges)
Hamm's (leg curls)
Calf's – calf machine

2 on 1 off
m – set b
t – set a
w – off
th – set b
fri- set a
sat – off
sun – set b
m – set a

Bmarty posted something almost identical to this and it looked very interesting....<---credit where credit is due

Sounds cool... do you think that with just 2 days rest you will be ready to work that body part again? Also, what sort of rep numbers are we looking at?

edit: are you going to alternate the different exercises you mentioned in brackets?

Well the reps are as listed (8-10, 4-6, 2-4). I think I will be fine as far as recovery goes since it is low volume and just high frequency...

Looks good overall. Take heed of your recovery time as TUT can be quite draining on the CNS. I like it for the fact that it gives your joints a small break from going heavy. The pumps are ferocious..and painful.

thanks bioman. The routine I am going to was actually posted by Glenihan a while back. I actually am still doing a little revising to get ready to start on Monday. I may go m-w-f(1 on 1off) instead but not sure yet.
