Gilbert syndrome and sarms

It's probably not a great idea, sarms do tend to still have some liver toxicity and in the doses needed to build muscle, it's probably similar to taking oral steroids at the same doses. Testosterone would be your best bet for a cycle

Can someone with Gilbert's syndrome use sarms?
What kind of AST/ALT and Total Bilirubin levels do you have? My enzymes usually in range with total Bilirubin just outside top of normal, usually 1.2. I have it and used orals here & there for many years before I had to eventually back off of them completely.

You ultimately probably have less liver tolerance than the average person, so while you definitely can do it, understand you’re also not truly playing with a full deck - you’re probably going to need to use more support and consider less longterm exposure.

I’d take 500mg CEL TUDCA or SNS TUDCA XT every day when using SARMs, or any oral steroid for that matter especially. That will go a long way towards maintaining proper function on them. I take 250mg year round for general health, even when not taking any orals.

You have good enzyme levels, but your bilirubin and GGT ride a little higher than mine (my GGT has been 12-17 over the last year the 3 times I’ve pulled it).

I am not a doctor, but my nonmedical bropinion is that with a real dose of quality TUDCA daily & good hydration it’s unlikely taking SARMs for 10 weeks is going to pose any longterm risk.

Just understand that the more you take overall, and the longer you take it, the stress/risk increases. This is always true for anyone. Taking 10mg LGD for 6 weeks isn’t the same as taking 30mg each of 3 SARMs for 12 weeks. And certain compounds will be stronger or more harsh than others - I would avoid Ostarine entirely, as it actually has a lot of negative anecdotes around liver skewing.
