This is a log for Liquid Labs M-DRL! Now, as you can see from the ingredients above, this is not superdrol. It's actually more similar to Taurus's 5aOHP than any superdrol product. If memory serves, people commonly saw a nice leaning affect from 5aOHP which is what Im hoping for with this run.
ME
I am a 30 year old male. I am 6'2 and am weighing in at about 225. I am currently around 14%BF. I am really hoping that I will be able to see my bodyfat drop during this cycle while maintaining strength.
DIET
I am going to be following a diet that will hopefully help to to achieve a recomp during this run. I will be eating 200-300 over my TDEE on days I workout, while eating about 300-500 under on off days. I will also be cycling my carbs. It's not a real strict carb cycling schedule, but I plan on limiting my carbs on off days to around 100gr. Those carbs will come from vegetables and berries. On days I work out I will have a macro break down closer to 40/40/20 and will include carbs like brown rice in addition to the vegetables and fruit.
TRAINING
I train 4x/week following an upper/lower split. 2 upper days, 2 lower. One of which is working in the 3-6 rep range and the other is higher reps in the 8-15 range. I do HIIT 2-3 times a week and will usually get out for 2 fasted morning walks for some LISS. My HIIT cardio varies depending on what I feel like doing.
