GI side effects on cycle

Hey lads. Currently on a summer cycle running test and primo and mast. I been doing daily cialis and have bumped it up to 10mg daily since I got a chick now and recently I've added Dianabol to my stack. Good news is I'm bigger and stronger. Bad news is my heartburn is out of control. I just got off the phone with my doctor and explained everything to her. She's recommending omeprazole for the short term while I'm on the dbol. Does anyone else have any advice on how to relieve acid reflux from cialis/orals?

Prilosec (Omeprazole) works good for me. I try to avoid orals now, most of the time, because I get more sides now at my age. I can still take Anavar without hardly any sides, but I know some guys get sides on it.

I was explaining to my doctor about how bad my heartburn has been and she's concerned about a GI bleed. Apparently if you get super bad heartburn and just keep eating Tums and don't really do anything about it, it can do some serious damage so she wants me to get on this stuff

Nexium, esomeprazole is working even better (Due to containing only the S-Isomer and not S and R isomers such as Omeprazole. S isomer is what gives the effect of the drug while R isomer can bring more sides).

If you run PPI medicines (such as Nexium etc) remember to supplement with magnesium (If you dont use it already).
Those medicines "eats" magnesium and resulting to low magnesium level

What dosages are you running these compounds at?

Test is at 800 a week
Primo is 400 a week
Mast is prop 100mg every other day

And the dbol is actually fake anavar. I bought a bottle of "anavar" and tested it and it's actually dbol. I have no idea what the dose is, I'm just taking 2 tabs a day but I'm blowing up on it so who cares lol.

I got 0 estrogen sides either. Pretty sure the mast and primo are taking care of that
