I started my new peptide cycle 2 weeks ago so any suggestions or tweaks to help me get the most out of it are welcome. I am also doing intermittent fasting, my feeding window is from around 3 p.m. or later(whenever I finish lifting) to 10 p.m. or earlier, but never outside of those times.
This is what it looks like:
• 200 mcg HGH Frag before fasted a.m. cardio
• 20 mcg IGF-1 LR3 pre workout
• 200 mcg. GHRP2 post workout
• 200 mcg. HGH Frag + 200 mcg. GHRP2 before bed.
All peptides taken on an empty stomach other than occasionally protein only etc...etc.. 3 hours with no carbs or fats pre-injection(16+ hours fasted).
My goal with this cycle is to reap all the benefits of increased HGH so lose somebody fat while maintaining and/or increasing muscle mass. If you have any thoughts on better timing/dosages such as the ghrp in the morning or I've also been contemplating using the igf post workout instead of pre, let me hear your experiences with these peps. I'm 5' 11" 210lbs. And about 20ish% body fat.

Also, the second time I took the ghrp2 I got very shaky, cold, sweaty and felt like I was hypoglycemic so I ate some simple sugars and it took about 20 minutes for me to feel normal again which was about 30 to 40 minutes post injection which is about the half-life so the sugar might not have even done anything. This stopped occuring after the first week. Has anyone else had this effect before? I'm brand new to the world of peptides so any feedback is helpful.
