I have 2 ruptured biceps. One has just been surgically repaired. I need to be agressive on my rehab in order to get the other arm repaired. Seems like GHRP-6 agonist would accelerate healing. Comments or alternatives.

ghrp-6 increases ghrelin insulin gh and igf-1 so it could possibly help increase the rate of recovery, as for the antagonist it will decrease ghrelin and insulin and will not affect gh or igf-1 output positively or negatively
