I am currently on the tail end of a cycle with FN Osta Elite. I plan to pick up another bottle, but was thinking of running some Mk-677/Ghar1ne before while off cycle.
 
I want to get more MK so bad! I can't afford it for a good while though so I'm probably SOL.
 
RC sites have MK half the time for sale for 35usd. It's available everywhere. Sure OL is a great company, but not the only company which puts out legit MK.

Focused Nutrition is a solid company. They may not have the products of some of these companies, but what they do make is good stuff. Me personally I'd rather spend a few more dollars on a company that I know apposed to an RC site.
 
Don't know much about this stuff and maybe it's already been said but, I've seen a couple guys say they felt bloated while on MK. Any truth to this?

I've been running my gharine for around 2-3 months. I've been running 10mg, I went to 20mg and had some bloat. But I was running RAD, Trest and some other stuff.. Everyone is different, I think the sleep is worth any possible bloat..

Better sleep is always a good thing.

In your opinion, was there any benefit to going to 20mg instead of 10mg? If only taken once a day at 10mg, this stuff seems pretty legit.

Oh yeah I'm loving the sleep! I'm going to bump it up to 20mg when I drop my Msten. I don't mind the bloat I just sleep so deep my girl gets mad at me for not helping if the kids get up during the night.

I had no added benefit at 20mg compared to 10mg. A 90-cap bottle of Ghar1ne lasts me 90 days.

Why would you? It doesn't affect estrogen.
 
More than 10 mg of it gives me puffy nipples for some reason. I tried arimidex and prami aswell didn't help so im just sticking with 10 mg a day.
Just ordered mk elite focused nutrition ill see how i go with that one...

That's weird. Are you on anything else? Are you experiencing water retention anywhere else?
 
Not atm i tried it on and off cycle it gives me puffy nips if i go more than 10 mg lol its weird

Well if you're experiencing bloating elsewhere on your body I'd say the puffy nips are probably just from water retention as well.
If you get good benefits from 10mg no reason to battle side effects by going higher. I love the benefits I get from 10mg daily.
 
You guys take it year round or stick to the 3 month cycles? Is there any reason not to take it for more than 3 months?
 
Ive been on it for almost 4 months. I heard it can be bad for insulin sensitivity if not takin a break but not sure if its true

I'm taking it for about 6 months. Not sure if I'll get more at that point or just drop it and move on to real GH eventually.
 
Its weird. Could be from water retention. Left nipple gets really puffy until i touch it or while im training or i gwt cold it goes back to normal. Theres no lump
