been reall lazy/tired lately. been having trouble falling to sleep at night. feels like im on TREN ACE. insomia feeling. but once i fall asleep. i cant seem to get up at normal times. sleep till 12. sometimes 10-11hrs of sleep. what gives ?? need to bring my carbs up ??
possibly not eating at night. I workout go hypoglycemic chow down on a bunch of carbs and protein and then eat a scoop of ice cream for it's sugar crash effects. retarded sounding perhaps but it puts me to sleep like a baby.
