No prob man, have always enjoyed CL products so was excited to get to try this and it didn't disappoint! I will 100% give some more updates as I go along. This is my last week of PH3 and I have my max test end of week, then a much deserved deload where I'll be focusing more on cardio. Really excited to see what Red Ghost can do this second month
