GETTING the SKINNY on ELIMISTANE

From reading about TRT and talking to others here on AM, this protocol is terrible. Should be something like 60 mg test injection every 3.5 days. I'm sure BigT can comment.

I totally agree. The doctors are just so damn stubborn. Maybe I should try to see an Endo
 
More frequent administration is the better TRT option IMO. Energy tends to drop when it is close to the next injection time if they are far apart.

My endo is a fan of Androgel assuming transdermal application works for you.

i actually had good results with androgel[once i added in dmso]....probably the reason your endo is a fan is because of the everyday application, keeps level more even without the ups and downs.

originally my doc prescribed 400mg every 21 days....since i was self injecting i went with 1.25mg every week....currently i am on 200mg weekly and this works fine, i kinda like the boost i get on injection day!!!

Everything is going as planed.. Lol
No really everything is really good. Nothing really new to speak of except I've been increasing my water intake. Been super thirsty latley especially in the morning & been pretty hungry to which means I'm grubb'n.joints are starting to feel it a little more to. My weight been sticking. I'm thinking you will be able to see some small if not good results in my after pics. I wish I would have taken measurements.

DAY 24 yesterday
Morning weight 182.0

I woke up feeling good but hella sore. I did a couple new lifts on day 23 & the DOMs are hurt'n :)

I did this at work: Push ups (25,20,20,20,25)
And at my lunch break I did this:Flat BB BP (115x12) x3

Seriously after work I slept from 5pm-5am , after I killed about 1700 cals.
 
DAY 26
Morning weight 182.0
Ok sorry for the lack of up date.
The Elimistane is cutting me up guys and here during the last week and a half I've been able to add and keep on a few pounds which I know is all muscle. Not very often have I felt soreness in my joints. Some clicking when I go a little heavier on the weights but I haven't pushed myself as far as maxing at this time.
I'm very pleased that my Moobs are almost gone & arms are bigger. I'll post pics on Wednesday , which is the last cap & the 30th day.

Morning weight 184.5.......not sure about my scale today. 184.5 seems more than normal. Gonna change the battery. Hope it's true tho.

While doing squats today my knees were creaking a lot. More than usual. Not hurting just loud.
I have also noticed in just the last few days that my face been more oily than usual but no acne at all.
Still feeling that constant flow of energy throughout the day even if I happen to be fasting at the time. This compound IMO would be great to run with a strong test booster. There's no doubt the potential for gaining mass with Elimistane stacked. I've experienced some already running it solo.

Sweating like a mofo during workout today & at work. Also seems like I've become super sensitive to smells, go figure.

I busted out 2 sex sessions in a row yesterday. That hasn't happened in a long time. Gotta be the Elimistane.

Hit a small PR tonight. Absolutely getting stronger from this and had some F'n serious pumps tonight. Long workout with lots of endurance.

It's no problem :) I'm glad you pop in from time to time.
Yeah I gained a little mass, got cut a little & the weight started sticking around week 3.
I got 1 cap left ..... Tomorrow's the last day.

Woke up with a small headache that lasted a few hours.
I rested and did not workout. First in four or five I think. Ate a bunch of food & went to bed early.

My endurance is down a little bit but in general still feeling good & tight/sore.

Nice lifting, man! It's crazy how you don't fel like lifting, but go anyway and feel better after. At least it is for me.

However, a cold has kept me out of the gym since last Sunday. I'm hoping to be well enough to Deadlift on Saturday or Sunday.

you dont need a doctor for bloods, unless you live in like NJ, or NY you can get them directly from quest and usually cheaper if you just get total t
 
Works been keeping me out of the gym this week. Not a huge deal because I would be deloading after the meet but I'm going to have to figure something out this coming week.

go online select which panel you want and pay, total test is like 50 bucks, the hormone panel is more expensive i cant remember how much, the website to that is inconjunction with quest is like private labs or something, you d have to google it. On there you can select what you want and then print out the sheet and take it with you to quest and you wont have to pay anything at quest at all and dont need insurance card

make sure you do that before you go

-Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH);
-Luteinizing Hormone (LH);
