GETTING the SKINNY on ELIMISTANE

Subbed! Fellow diver here but haven't been in the water since 1988! I still am amazed that I earned the PADI Master Diver and then moved to Ohio where the diving is COLD!

Nice Kenpo. I'm a fellow PADI diver as well. Very cool to be Dive Master. I'm impressed. It's very hard work I'm sure you know. 88 huh? That's been a while. Yeah not to many places to dive in Ohio. Hopefully I'll have my DM in a few months, gotta get this rescue class out of the way first.

the frequent urination should subside after around a week from my experience, i consider it a good thing even though it can be inconvenient, lol.
 
Good updates, man. I have always noticed the increased urination form Arimistane products.

Hopefully the true alpha feelings kick in soon :)

i am curious about the libido effect of ecottonii...arimistane always hindered mine, hopefully the ecottonii will counter that effect.
 
Might be a little early to say for sure but definitely had no problems with sex strive. Also woke up with some serious wood today !

good for you, lol.....seriously it's about 50/50 with those who have a drop and those who report an increase on arimistane, since you have never ran arimistane it's hard to say if it's arimistane or ecottonii...i can't wait to see for myself!!!
 
Morning wood ftw! Lol, I can always tell the potency of a supplement by how long it takes to go down.
 
Today at work I slipped off a loading truck due to some faulty equipment and to add insult to injury a piece of machine fell off that truck as well and hit me in the head. I spent like 4 hours waiting in the urgent care. All seems to be well except for some soreness. Mostly from yesterday's workout lol. Workouts will resume tomorrow.

BB Squats with knee brace
(115x5)x6 knees were hurt'n
BB bench press

25 mins + on abs
I did not use a PWO today because I started so late at night and didn't want to stay up all night. I only had some C4 available anyway.
I'm all ready seeing some differences in the mirror, like better cuts. I'm not reall feeling a drying sense yet but I'm sure it will come.
I got some serious pumps tonight for not using a PWO I owe that to the Elimistane cuz I didn't take anything pre workout. Been feeling great on this stuff. Still hitt'n morning wood & clear piss'n.
I got rescue class again Saturday morning from 10-6. So 8 hours of intense swimming and saving. I'm still gonna try to get in some type of workout after class tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty good after the work accident considering what happen.
 
Glad to hear you're okay after that accident. Also glad to see about those pumps with no preworkout. This stuff can't come to my house quick enough!

8 hours in a pool sounds freaking intense......glad your endurance is up!!!
 
Nice lifting in spite of the work accident! Rescue diving class is intense and is a great cardio workout.
 
I couldn't imagine being in a pool any longer than an hour or two. And that's with a cocktail in hand! Lol.

The Elimistane is giving me some unbelievable endurance! I still have not taken any PWO except for the first day. My libido seems to be normal , not low or high. The woods are off and on in the last few mornings seems to be less frequent now. I'm for sure noticing less body fat every where. Especially around my face, neck & shoulders. Damn good for only 6 days in. I've been taking my cap at the same time every day (. 6:45am) . The being a dick thing has pretty much went away & has been replace with a focused , alpha male feeling. I feel a confidence in general latley while on Elimistane. No sleep issues either. Having normal sleeps. One thing that sucks tho is that my appitite is way down & I'm not getting enough cals. In the last few days so I'm down a few pounds :( like 2 or 3. Weighed in at 176 this morning. Kind of forced eating to ensure proper cals.
All of this on Sunday after I went on a great 4 hour dive lobster hunt. I probobly walked over 600 stairs with full scuba gear and weights wich weighs approx. 70 extra pounds or so.

I had fresh lobster years ago when my family took a trip to Nova Scotia. Incredible stuff.

Bigt is right. You're putting in A LOT of work. Also, if your estrogen is getting too low, that can negatively affect your appetite.

What should I do if my estrogen is to low right now? & how would I know? Just keep eating as much as possible?

I'm so damn busy on the weekends that I usually don't track my macs. If I don't track them it's almost a guarantee that I didn't get enough cals that day. Saturday & Sunday.... Probly didn't even hit 2800 each day :(
 
Any help for some high cal. High protein meals that don't require a lot of food??

My girlfriend makes fun of me about it, but I eat frozen chicken tenders when I'm in grow mode for the protein and carbs with a glass of milk.

Seriously. This. If you can drink a lot of milk you'll have no problems hitting macros. One of the principles of Starting Strength is a gallon of milk a day on top of three regular meals. I would suggest investing in some probiotics though.

the way you are burning cals you are going to need to eat......a lot of food, preferably calorie dense foods.
 
Thank you very much everybody :) super good idea. I love milk & have no problem drinking a s**t load of it. Chicken tender too . This is going to work!! I guess it never hurts to ask. I'll be stocking up today after work. Along with some yogurt.

Morning weight 179#
Getting my weight back.
The Elimistane has me feeling really good. The only side that I'm having is I'm not feeling hungry a lot of the time. Thanks for the suggestions in food I'm doing good. The milk & chicken are working well. I've been scarfing. I'm back to my starting weight & have lost some fat around my waist so far. Gonna do the workout I did on the first day so I can compare some strength. Got my PWO in the mail last night so I'm gonna lift hard! Been taking my cap same time every day..... No problems just tons of energy. Morning boners are strong as hell too. In been giving me some crazy dreams as well.
