sup fellow meatheads, Im 23 years old. 5'6" 170lbs 9-10 percent fat. I've been lifting for 5 years. I never took PH before. Im ready to try AAS, but im going to take small steps. Im thinking about taking Test-E 250mg/10 wks. Wk 12-15 PCT with Clomid 50/wk and Nolva 20/wk. Hopefully it will give me some gains and understanding of AAS on the body. Just trying to be bigger, faster, stronger. Im looking for any suggestions that you guys might have.
I eat around 7 meals every 2.5 hours a day.
Meal1= 1 cup egg whites, 2 eggs and a bowl of oatmeal
Meal2= turkey breast sandwhich and fruits
Meal3= 2 chicken breast
Meal4= Protein Shake with Oats
Meal5= Protein Shake
Meal6= Chicken or Steak Dinner
Meal7= Cup of cottage cheese and a protein shake
I run 3 miles EOD.
Training goes like this:
Sun= Legs
Mon= Back
Tues= Chest
Weds= Off
Thurs= Arms
Fri= Shoulder
Sat= Off
