Getting SUPER-SIZED w/ Superdrol & Testabolan

Day 21 Test RX (9/1)

I found a Gold's Gym nearby and was able to train for a quick hour. I have not trained in a gym like this in many years. It was almost overwhelming.

I trained back and shoulders
For back I did supersets.
3 sets of everything for 10-15 reps.
Back: 1 arm row, db pullover, bent over row, 1 arm hammer strength Lat pull, wide grip behind the neck Lat pull down and neutral grip Lat pull down to the front
Shoulders: front and side delt raise, db shoulder press, barbell upright row
- I didn't have my notebook, so I didn't write down any of the weights I used
 
Day 27 Test RX

I made it home from my 1,308 mile trip on Tuesday morning. I did go to the gym in the afternoon yesterday. My weight is 181 lbs. Here is what I trained:

Day 28 Test RX

Hit legs today. I have been slacking here. I am planning to hit legs twice per week, starting next week.

Day 29 Test RX (pct)
Test RX update: Libido is back. Energy and attitude throughout the day is much better. Muscles are fuller and pump is very good.

Day 32 Test RX
I started cardio back up on Friday. No training over the weekend, except cardio on Saturday. This mornings training was a flop. I went in, did 15 minutes of cardio and then went at legs. My stomach was all messed up. After a couple sets I went home. I decided to do some cardio because it was so nice out. I went 5 miles, jogging the hills and flats. I may go to the gym this afternoon to try again.
 
Finished with this log and Test RX. Closing weight was around 185 pounds. I noticed good pumps, increase in stamina and size where I put the work in. This run went a little crazy half way through. I do not think it is an accurate log to access the effects of Testabolan and Superdrol do to the changes that were made along the way. Test RX was very good for PCT. Stamina, energy, mood, libido were all effected in a great way. I definitely recommend Test RX. I used 1 bottle.
