How's the diet and supps coming along?

Solid I went out to claim jumper lady night and cheated on the diet but otherwise it has been Solid I opted out of my mystery sup in favor of more epi Andro. I believe I.am already seeing recomp effects and its only the start of day five. Plus libido is stupid high right now

Simple chest day After each set I did 12 reps of those bench push ups that AM had an article on the other day

Flat bench
225X12X5

Decline Smith machine Press
100lbs each side X15X5

Incline Overhead DB pulls SS with DB incline press
75X15X5 SS 75lb DBs till failure ( ranged between 15-8)

Thoughts: My Vascularity is increasing I am feeling fuller and my rest time between sets is getting better. The topicals apply easy, dry fast and I havent had one problem with the pump on the andro 300.

You need to be like ct fletcher and command them to grow..... seriously though I hit a sticking point for a long while then did super high volume lower weights like 20 25 rep reps
 
Yep helped Alot 100 reps db curls,ez bar curls,hammer curls cable curls etc. Trying to make 500reps

4 to 5 sets 20 to 25 reps. Drop sets if I had too.

Good info may give it a try!
 
Getting blood flow is the key! tossing around weight is one thing but slow contractions and feeling the muscle move is what I find helps me build the best.
 
I work out with this one Samoan cat sometimes about 6ft 2in at least 240lbs. Me and him will stand in the corner doing db curls with 20lbs and 15lbs db. people trip but can't argue with results

Wide grip reverse stance pull downs after every set I did a set of calf press ( 220X15) and a set of wide grip straight arm pull downs (70X12)

Close grip Pull downs after every set I did a set of calf press ( 220X15) and a set of wide grip straight arm pull downs (70X12)

135X12X5

After that I did a 20 min triceps session

I have done physique a year ago. I would love to do bodybuilding but the area I live in is very competitive and my body type is better suited for physique but I still train like a bodybuilder :)
